At Dr. Omran Engineering Office, we have a long history of working in the telecommunications field, dating back to the year 2000. We have gained extensive experience and certifications from companies such as Ericsson Telecom and Wii Telecom, working on managing telecommunications networks for cities with populations of up to 5 million residents.
As technology has evolved, we have adapted and expanded our skillset to include router hardware hacking to enhance their capabilities. In 2009, we joined a movement in Germany that focused on the use of open-source router software, and have continued to stay at the forefront of this field.
One of our most recent developments is the creation of a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) port. This is a normal Ethernet socket, but the output of this port is bonded to an encryption application running on the router. This application connects the output to a virtual private network (VPN). To ensure maximum security, we also create a second WIFI network for the VPN connection, allowing devices connected to the network to connect directly to the VPN network.
We use the User Datagram Protocol (UDP) tunnel to connect the VLAN to our private network, with a gateway connected to the tunnel that is connected to local Ethernet devices. This allows for secure communication without adding significant overhead, and has been tested in countries known for having strict telecommunications regulations. This enables passing telephony calls from and to other countries in an encryption manner.
In addition to our encrypted virtual network services, we also build and run multi-tenant telephony servers using open-source packages such as Asterisk and FreeSWITCH. We also utilize legal local mobile phone gateways to provide our clients with a comprehensive telecommunications solution. We also connect our IoT devices and Cloud servers to our private network for added security.
Additionally, we have experience connecting normal IoT devices and routers to our private network, which allows for secure communication and control of these devices. Our team at Dr. Omran Engineering Office is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art solutions for secure communication and networking, and we are constantly working to stay at the forefront of this field.
